Refunds

Customers are eligible for a refund if their order is damaged or faulty. At Amira's Clothing we carry out thorough quality checks so this should only rarely ever be the case, however if you do receive damaged goods please notify us by sending an email to amirasclothing@gmail.com immediately, with pictures of the relevant damage if possible.

Orders will need to be returned to us within 7 days to be eligible for a full refund, if 7 days have passed and we receive an email about receiving and order that was damaged we will not be able to honor a refund nor any exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, free from smell and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The time it takes for you to receive your funds depends on your credit card provider/banking facility.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund contact your bank (credit card provider) to find out how long it takes them to process a refund.

If the number of working days have gone past and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at amirasclothing@gmail.com with your original order number.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, therefore will only replace the item with the same style. If the style is not in stock we would either offer another style or a refund, providing the criteria of the refund policy has been met.

If you have ordered the wrong size please email amirasclothing@gmail.com and we will do our best to satisfy your needs.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. 

If you are waiting for an exchange we would need to receive the product first before we send your replacement.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will take no responsibility for any items we do not receive.

We have designed our policy to be as fair as possible and firmly believe it will not be needed as the quality of our service and product combined should ensure that a refund or exchange is not needed.

DELIVERY

UK Delivery

UK Delivery can take up to 3-5 working days for you to receive your item. Orders £60 and over are entitled to free delivery. There will be other courier service providers to select from (prices vary) for a quicker delivery. 

You can opt for next day delivery at an extra charge.

Please note most orders received will be dispatched a day later.

All orders will need to be signed for to avoid any disappointments.  

International Delivery

International delivery can take up to 5 to 7 working days. All orders over the value of £120 will receive free delivery.

All orders are traceable.

Amira's Clothing will not be held responsible for any custom charges your country may impose.
